Default Buying Banshee Question

Well were can i find them, I know to be careful im just looking for something to take apart and fix, i just rebuilt rappy tranny. If i buy a 800$ banshee and spend 2000 bucks fixing it then i will be happy. Without labor costs i dont think i will spend that much though.

You can find some, I dont know about $800, but might find a sucker.

Even basket cases usually go for more. Just my 2 cents.

Look at cycletrader, or your local paper, check some local shops and see if they have any. Just do your homework.

Default Buying Banshee Question

Good machanic, well im learning. Was working on the tranny with an engineer that i am good friends with, and he has rebuilt many 2 stroke bikes. I learned a TON about the quad while rebuilding it, and with the right tools and the Manual to rebuild it wasn't that complicated, just took time. I am pritty sure i can handle rebuilding a banshee but if i run into trouble i have someone to call for help so its good. The best part about it he works for beer!
