getting some things chrome and the guy told he can do my rotor too but was wondering how it would hold to the heat and all. i am chroming the foot pegs, handlebars, steering stem, brake lever, axle , brake rotor holder and sprocket hub and probably rotor.

i would not do the rotor . i was going to but galfer strongly recomended not to . had to do with the hardness of the metal and the chrome plating flaking into the pads . jmo

 

You can do it but where your pads rub the rotor it will wear off.
Hardkor Engineering offers a nickle plated rotor that works even better.

buy a stainless rotor. They look nicer and you can polish them. They look bitchin

 

just drilled some holes in it to make it look better was gonna try the chrome, because i plan on getting a wave rotor one day.

but i know about getting my **** polished!lol

 

they have to be the same material as a banshee rotor
we have had one polished out it looks chrome
