too much for a 98 banshee?

I paid 3400.00 for a 96 2 yrs ago in show room condition and I was told by a bunch of guys that this was a steal. I jumped on it and am well pleased with it. Go for it!!!

dont kid yourself, not all bikes that are modified by the riders are beat to hell. Some people do take care of their machines, keep up on maintenence and tuning. As said by a previous post, there are things you want to look for, like compression and oil color, etc. Even a crack in plastic doesnt always mean its beat. Simple things can happen. Pay attention to the mechanical aspects mostly. cosmetics dont always tell the true story. Good luck.
