In wyoming allyou have to have is a brake light, head light, horn and a mirror. I added a motercycle horn and a mirror that velcros on and off. My insurance is through statefarm because it is state law to carry at least liability and i got a state plate like a motorcycle. I ride it in town sometimes in other states that dont allow four-wheelers to be plated but because it is legal in wyoming and has a wyoming plate their is nothing they can do.

I forgot, you don't have to have turn signals because you can use your arms and they dont care about the tires here because they say not for highway use. So according to the cops around here that means stay off the highway but around town is fine.
