i am buying a new quad here some time in april and want a fast ,reliable, good handling atv witch do you think has the upper hand in that case r. 660r or kfx400 or predator. ps. it will be used for mostly trail riding and mx racing.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

well I rode all the machines the same day back to back trying to decide. I have a predator on order and it is suppose to ship on the 24th. So you know what I decided. I actually went expecting to like the raptor the best( had ridden one several times before) but the predator has alot of nice features for a cheaper price and talk about handling and power. Any of those quads will be good for your style just depends on what you watnt. Ride them all and decide and look at the features. I say get the predator best bang for the buck and is proving to be pretty reliable to for a first year quad.

 

All 3 are great quads.....I myself never buy anything that is a first year model....drive all 3 and see which bike feels right to you, because you are the one who will be paying for and riding it. With that said, I have to say that I love my 03 Raptor....everytime I go out it seems like I have more fun than the last time I rode it. I will soon start modding my bike and cant wait to see what it does for the machine. Whatever you get congrats on the new purchase[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I just spent all yesterday exploring on a 400ex, I would really have liked some reverse. It completely takes away your relaxation and cruising when you have to jump off and push it backwards.

I love my KFX but wish I had the power of a raptor

 

You owe it to yourself to at least test ride a KFX 700 ......

 

They all have there pros and cons. It is just a matter of what you like when your going all out and holding on for dear life.

 

everybody knows that v-force 700 suckes bunny ***** its fully automatic with a shaft drive thats as crappy as a sport quad can get. ps. if it even is a sport quad[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

It is interesting to me, that the parts you know about ....like the shaft
drive, are the parts you see while you are ridding behind a Vforce [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
