my dad is going to order new tires for his Big Bear tomorrow. he has narrowed it down to ITP 589 M/S, or Titan 589 M/T.

which one would be the best choice? will he notice a loss of power with these tires? thanks for the help!

 

I had that choice to make myself i went with the m/s for the reason that they are 2lb a piece lighter,other than that flip a quarter,and yes they will slow you down about 3-5 mph i got a set of atr's for anything but the slick stuff and they are nice,they give back the handling/mph and are 6ply.

I have the 589 mt on my grizz and when I did some checking the 27" ers are with in a pound of each other and the mt have a nice rim protector I'm not sure about the ms Good luck they are both great from what I hear
