POPPING & BACKFIRE
To fix the popping when you let off the gas you need to turn your idle mixture screws (on the front bottom of your carm) out about 1/2 more turn each. That should help with the popping on decelleration. As for the bogging when you hit the throttle, try raising your needle clips one notch. You may be too rich in the midrange. I am just quessing on this one.
Did your dealer do the rejetting? It sounds like they have no idea how to jet a Raptor. I had the same problem with my dealer. I got a new Yosh pipe and spent over $200 in labor costs with my dealer because they could not get it jetted right. Finally I decided to do it myself. It takes time and patience, but when you get it just right - it is worth every hour you spent.
My advice - do a search on here for "Jetting" and see what has worked for others with similar mods to yours. Good Luck!
