Default Hauling Raptor

I have a question for all you people that take your Raptor everywhere with you in your truck or trailer. I

have the stock bumper on my Raptor and i want to get an aftermarket bumper, and i was wondering if

there is another bumper that will not stick out farther forward than the tires. makes for a better haul

when tires are up to the bed not the bar.

My front tires hit first with the GYT-R bumper. The tires were also further forward than the JL flat V-style bumper that I didn't like and sold on ebay. Hope this helps!

I just use a couple of 2x4's. prop them in front of the wheels and it holds the bumper back.

I tried this on the weekend and it seemed to work real well. Once I was in the truck I closed the tailgate and backed the bike up against it. Then I ran my tiedowns from my footpegs to the rear corner tie downs. It works great as long as you don't have a tailgate with a tendency of popping open.

I've got the AC Racing bumper and it does not stick out farther than the tires.
