Default need buying advice

I currently have a 96 Kodiak. I am looking to get a new utility atv. I would like something with 4x4, that is tough, durable and strong. i will be using it for play in the woods and swamps, plus working on my land hauling wood, hunting and plowing in the winter etc..... Can someone give me their advice on what they would recommend? I am very new to ATV's and haven't had my kodiak for long (first ATV). I enjoy it however. Helps fill the gap between snowmobile season. Is a 400 cc enough or should i go bigger. I don't really feel like spending the most money i can, but get something in the middle that will work for what i need. Thanks!!

Default need buying advice

Hello, You remind me of my situation about 1 1/2 years ago. I myself had a 93 Kodiak and wanted something newer. I went with the 02 Kodiak because I already knew the track record on the Kodiaks and already enjoyed my Yamaha. I went with the auto because it is a very sporty feeling atv that give me all the atv I will ever need. The auto makes sure that you are always in the right gear and the 4wd is only a button away. I use mine for hunting, plowing and of coarse trail riding. I have absolutely no complaints so far. So basically what I'm saying is the Kodiak would be a good choice. In theory you are still going to own a Kodiak but the 2 (96-03)have absolutely nothing in common except for the name.

Take one for a drive I think that you will be impressed.

Good Luck
Marc
