Default Mud or no mud??

Do you like to ride in the mud or not?? I do not like to get my rappy in the mud. I did the other day only because it was unavoidable. I do not like mud. 3 guys bet me 20 dollars each i could not ride thru a tank that was empty but muddy, i took that bet and collect a few years back.

shallow mud is ok, like that on a wet trail. i have seen some pics from guys on the forum though that routinely go through stuff that i would never touch.

Default Mud or no mud??

The first time I rode a quad I was all gung-ho and hit the biggest puddle I could find.
I got mud into parts of my body that I did not know even existed.

It was on that day that I feel I became much wiser.
Now I go around.

Mud looks fun on a large-tire'd 4X4 utility quad.

But I play on sport quads,so I'll stay out of the puddles, thank you.

Its fun when you have a utility quad with big tires such as myself. I know you guys with the sport bikes can do it you have the power just not the clearance for some and once in an area i use to ride a lot b4 it got closed and when the raptor 1st came out i saw 2 for my 1st time and i saw them drag racing in a stretch of mud that was just deep enough for them to go through. It was fun watching the roosts and the bikes screaming but even i knew them guys keep them clean and there gonna be paying for it when they go home. Thats like watching us utility quads go to the dunes.

I love the mud!!! I actually prefer mud riding on sporty quads. They are more manuverable and easier to man handle into going where you need to go in the deep stuff. Just get the right set of tires and use your weight right. I am a 220 pounder so my weight helps me get the traction where I need it. If you do get stuck (which I do alot) the lighter quads are easier to lift out. I was born for mudding.

True it is harder to clean but when I'm riding I am not concentrating on getting the not getting Raptor muddy, I'm concentrating on riding. Also when you are rolling ***** to the wall some mud you cannot avoid. It is a 4wheeler not a cadillac.

I live for the mud. I could do nothing but spin around in mud all day and be perfectly happy. I'll go spend my $10 at the car wash to clean my 4wheeler off every time I ride. The fun is well worth it. Spray Pam on the fenders before you ride it helps a lot in the clean up.
