well sounds good to me... the drill and tap thing is a little on the weary side but it doesnt sound to difficult. I know the carb setup for the warrior is a bit of a b*tch so if it makes life easier I guess its well worth it.

Thanks for your replies

ok, im convinced enough to put one on my raptor, it has stageII jets in , i have no clue what size they are, as they were in it when i bought it.... so i guess what my question is, since it runs decent with the existing jets, would i need to put some kind of different jets if i installed dial a jet? because i was planning on putting a k&n filter on it and running without the airbox lid, therefor i would need to lean it out, correct?... unless .. does dial a jet do this for you... thanks alot, i have a very limited knowledge about jetting... i appreciate any help.

the dial a jet replaces the need for changing the main jet when making mods to your fuel / air intake. There is 5 positions, i believe, that you can chose from so that you can tune the mixture without rejetting every time.

I posted a website the other day on the info for dial-a- jet. do a search and you will find it. The site was directed to the manufacturer.
