I have DG pipes and silencers, laugh all u want. But Im heading off to silver lake the weekend of the 12th, and I dont want to run the STUPID stock silencers. They just take TOO much power away. Im thinking of taking apart the pipe and fitting 3 or 4 spots on the inside with screen. Id start out with coarse window like screen and then go to fine screen. it would sorta look like this inside the silencer: =[=|=|=|=]. Now when they insert the rod into the silencer, if it hits anything, does that mean im good to go? Or do they check for the US FOREST APPROVED thing on the side? Im thinking of making some kind of official looking sticker to put on the side along with the screens on the inside. Do you think any of this will work or just a waste of my time?
