I bought a new carb from Alba? I just bored mine 1mm over on the piston and put a 440 cam and springs.The problem is when you hammer on the throttle is boggs but if you let off it idles back up. It has a 25 pilot jet and a 220 small hex. MY air box has 4 one inch holes also.

 

Im seriously thinking of going with the dial-a-jet for my warrior, you may want to look at that as an option.
