got a friend who bought a k/n filter and jet kit for his 03 660 grizz, and we are gonna put it in tonight has anyone out there done this? i live in branson mo so according to the directions im below 5000 ft ele. and k/n says to use the 150 jet, does that sound right? can anyone offer any advise? doing this in a few hours so any quick input would be great

I put on an exhaust also when I did mine, but I went 4th clip on the needle, 155 main jet, and 3.25 turns out on the mixture. Without a pipe, I'm pretty sure its 150 main jet. I live a little over 100 miles south of you.

 

that sounds about right maybe a 146mj,or add some uni-vents to the airbox lid if its rich with the 150mj,that cured mine of the richness and i live at 2500' ride to 5000'.
