A good friend of mine only eats 1 big bowl of Post Toasties for supper(no sugar) and has lost 38lbs, in 3.5 months!!! He eats like horse(whatever he wants at lunch) but sticks to his cereal diet at night.


Something to think about, OH and I think if he used a titanium spoon he could have lost alittle more wieght.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

take heat shields off the front tires
i removed rear brake,use only front
drill holes in your footpegs if you don't jump(big holes)
removed heel guards
cut front and rear plastic(cut rear plastic right above where it mounts to frame)
aftermarket bars
tires and rims
clutch perch
swingarm
a'arms


remove parking brake
change brackets that hold front plastic

I drilled holes in rotor steering stem and brake lever to shave some ounces but then i got it all chrome so i think i went backwards.
