I got now some mails from members of this forum and I also got answers of 8 online stores that are shipping to Germany.

Somebody of you told me that there are also stores in Germany... Yes that's right but the problem is: In Germany you can find only about 1100 ATVs (01/01/2002), and more than 600 of them are kawasaki. It is because in Germany every ATV has to make a difficult test and if this test is ok, you can ask for a license to drive an ATV (if you want to drive it on normal roads). All this costs about 2.000 Dollars! And for example a Raptor ATV costs here about 10.000 Dollars. All in all you have to pay 12.000 Dollars for an ATV, without special features!

And now, the special features: If I buy them at one of maybe 90 ATV-Stores I have to pay 2 and 3 times more money than the costs f.ex. at ebay.com !!! And of cause you can order in Germany only a little part of features than in USA. Lots of shops don't have more than 50 features, often imitated and low quality, made in Taiwan. So it is neccesary to buy things in USA because you cannot pay it in Germany.

 

I guess we really don't know good we have it here. What kind of parts are you looking for?

 

Nothing special, because I don't know yet what features I can buy in America. Because I cannot understand English very good I often see descriptions and I don't know what the text is about. Until now, I found this things:

I feel for you man, its the same thing here, i bought my ds for about $10,000, and i payd alot less then most do!

Does somebody know where I can buy different seat covers for the raptor? I found only a blue seat cover at ebay. If possible it should be a (online)store that sents to Germany... Thanks
