how do you put the timing advance a degree key in
#2
I have never put one in but it should be something like this. Remove the fly wheel and the key that is in there from the factory. Then replace it with the advanced key and replace the fly wheel. I think thats it, but maybe not.

MotionPro makes a lot of tools, and most big catalogers handle the brand. check like RockyMountainatv.com , Alba, Chaparral, whoever is close to you. someone will have it.
you might even check yamahas website. they might actually have a REASONABLE price on something. cross yer fingers!

Vitos sells the offset key AND will sell you a flywheel remover for an additional $10.

The places that sell the key usually sell the puller too. Don't even think about trying to pull your flywheel with a regular puller or you'll be buying a new flywheel. Also, make sure you torque the flywheel bolt back to 58 ft/lbs or a little more so you don't sheer the key. Some people use antiseize too on the shaft.
