suspension for '86 Moto-4 225
My Moto4 200 had rear suspension as well. All these bikes ran essentially the same suspension setup, which had fairly limited travel, approximately 2-3 inches.
I purchased all of my suspension parts right from various Yamaha OEM parts supplier. These bikes have a kingpin type setup, and the bushings and seals need lubricated and maintained pretty often. There is, to my knowledge, no aftermarket stuff available.
Go to any of the online parts fiches and look up your model and parts, then do some price shopping. All OEM suppliers were not created equal.
If you PM me, I will give the number of an outfit which has good prices.

In 1986, the moto-4 200 has suspension all the way around. In 1985, it didn't have jack crap. I had one, and having zero shocks equals the roughest ride you will ever experience. Man what I would have given for an 86 model.
We had an 85 225 also. Its got dual shocks front and rear. I'm sure the travel on them is miniscule, like 3.something inches. The dealership could probably get them or something equivalent. Other than that, I don't know. I would figure anything in a salvage yard would also be shot seeing that this quad is ancient. Don't know if yamaha used the same shocks on the late 80's early 90's big bear or 350's.
If you are looking for something other than shocks, you might find something in a salvage yard thats still in decent condition. This guy right above me here might be your best bet.
