Default Banshee question?!

I just finished installing a Pro Design pro flo intake on my stock 2002 Banshee. After installing the new filter setup I started it up and let it warm up and took off. Anything past half throttle it just bogs and sputters. I was running without the lid, (which I would like to keep off). I am using the foam filter, and I had just oiled it. I am running a 220 main jet. Is this the right size jet? Anything else that would cause the bogging? Your responses would be appreciated. Thankyou in advance.

Default Banshee question?!

Not sure on what size you need to go with but is does sound like a jetting problem.

270 or 280 sounds a little big without pipes. Maybe 240 or 260??? Experiment though - every machine is different.

Default Banshee question?!

On a stock Banshee with K&N no lid with stock pipes I rejetted to 30 pilots new needle and 290 main jets at sea level. I tried 250-270 and they were way too lean even for the stock pipes. 290's were a little rich but it ran well and didn't bog at all.
