I am thinking of buying a 99 Warrior, but have no idea of what price range I should be dealing with. Have no idea how much the quad was when new. I will be looking for one in pretty good shape without any mods. I am going to look at one tomorrow selling for $4,100 OBO. I was thinking of offering about $3,800- $3,900. Help me please. Thanks!

I would think he should sell if for $4,000 and that would be as low as I would go on my Warrior if I was selling it. But you never know he might take $3,700.

Thanks for the info. Hell, I may wait until I start seeing more 2000's. They're only going for a couple of hundred more. Plus, the racing blue would be my first choice. I've been wating a long time to buy one (engagement, wife, house, furniture, baby...etc) Now that I can finally buy one, I'm a little nervous about getting taken for a ride-no pun intended

My friend just bought a 99 used for about a month with 6 extra new tires, extra pair of rims mounted, full skid plates, aluminum cooler carrier, and shock wears for 3500.00. and to top it all off he only had to drive about 5 miles from home to get such a deal. the only good thing about it is he doesn't have room in his garage so I "store" it in my garage. I of coarse take it out every once in a while just to keep the battery charged up.
To find an indicator of prices on used ATV's in your area go to ... KBB.com Kelly Blue Book and you can go to... traderonline.com and click on the motorcycles/atv section and do a seach there.

I just bought a 97 that had not been ridden with sand tires on wheels,2 pairs of riding pants,3 jerseys, gloves, goggles, helmet (about $600 or more in gear) for $3700.00.
Around here it is rare to find a Warrior in that condition for that price!
