Default First time adjusting Valves HELP!! (raptor)

iam adjusting my valves for the first time and was reading the manual and it says to set the intake at 0.10-0.15mm and for the exhaust 0.15-0.20. What do all you guys set yours at. Thanks a lot

Thats what I would set mine too with a stock cam.

Well where within the range, tighter, looser, which is better

I would go with losser on the intakes because mine always tightened up. My exhaust valves were always right so I would say to the tighter side.
