I bought an LT500 that has a 45mm flatside, been ported, polished, and has the head shaved .010". Had a Bill's pipe and silencer that were wasted so I'll be getting a P.T. or CT pipe. Is this carb too big for my current setup?

 

I wouldnt go any larger on a methanol 500 then a 44mil carb. So id say you're a little big still yet. You'll have good top end if you run it though, just not much down low
