Cannondale Cannibal vs Raptor vs DS650
Hi
i was wondering if the Raptor ,Cannibal and DS would be able to keep up with each other , and which are the best value for money?...... i live next to a farm where there are lots field and lanes to go along so what do u think would be best suited for this sort of riding?
Thanks

Raptor is deffinatly the quickest and beats them both in short to med. races! But stock for stock i think eventually (long a$$ race) they both go about 1 mph faster...am I right? All you have to do then is just pipe the Rappy (10 hp) and it kills them both!

MOJA- Depends on how far you plan to mod the machines in question. I perfer the rappy all the way. You can get it into the 60HP range a lot cheaper than any of the rest you mentioned. If you plan to just pipe/jet etc i still say the rappy is the way to go. If you plan on running into and over trees get a Bombardier. ( I had to see a raptor abused like that) I would not get a cannon, they are out of business.

well 14 and bubba have probably forgot what a stock raptor runs like i think bubba liked the craycraft, the smile seemed to say it all. well i have two ds's my brother has a ds and a raptor, i have lots of friends with raptors. the raptor comes with a pipe that sucks, not a slame i just think they did a poor job for you guys, and as they said the raptor wakes right up, there also seems to be a lot gainedwith jetting and airbox lid, then the gearing will help a lot, with these mods a raptor will spank either of the other two when stock. now add a pipe a cdi and a set of gears to the ds and it is a spanking for the other two when stock. the dale takes some work, although i finally saw one run that was hot, i guess some don't allow the throttle to open all the way. the next the you might want to think about is endurance, the raptor and ds will pound the dale into the ground and still be standing wanting more. as far as raptor and ds with same same i believe it makes for a great race coming down to rider. the raptor is quicker 1-3 but then the ds pulls may be a weight thing, there both fun bottom line.

I am just relieved to see a post not asking about the predator and kfx700.
The dale, while a great quad, has widespread major mechanical problems. With the limited number of knowledgeable mechanics and the collapse of the factory warranty, a cdale would not be a good idea.
The ds and raptor are both excellent quads. The ds is somewhat better in the dunes, while the slimmer raptor takes to the trails a little easier. Performance is very very close between the 2. Stock of course. It would really come down to what kind of deal you can get on either one, and how good your local dealers are with service and support. Both quads will give you an ear to ear grin that you wont be able to wipe off.
