Default Grizz fail

Yesterday the wife was ridding my grizz in 4wheel drive, she got stuck and winched it out. After that the 4wheel display was on but the front right tire dosn't spin but if you hit the diff locker the the left tire works. I kind of new to this but what's broke: Diff, cv, or button? Also I notice that the front left tire outer cv boot is bad, so who makes a good replacement or is Yamaha parts the best way to go?

I wasn't quite sure if you were clear so I'll just try to guess. If you are not in lock, you are only in 3 wheel drive. It can go between the left or the right front tire. When you lock the front diff. you will get true 4 wheel drive.
