Will this pass NJ inspection?
1983 Dodge Ram 4x4: ENGINE IS 440 CU IN +.60, STEEL CRANK, CP PISTONS 9.5 TO 1, COMP CAMS EXTREME ENERGY 268 CAM, EDELBROCK HEADS, INTAKE, 750 HOLLEY, MOPAR ELEC IGN?
Looking at going out of state to get it but not sure if it will pass emissions.
