Not dissing on the banshee they are fast but you only because you can so much stuff on it. but thats after spending a few grand $$$ into it. i have a 2003 raptor and its stock and i've raced stock banshees and smoked them. This was in sand with out paddles. So either way would be good but i would lean more towards a raptor just because i'm already hooked

 

i run with 686 raptors now and i have 600 dollars in the shee

 

I guess it just depends on the racer, because i have also raced suped up banshees and beat them.

Well i've never been to glamis but i do race ALL the time at Florence OR, I haven't had one forstroke that can beat my raptor, and if the shee hasn't got lotsa port work and a over swingarm it's toast..... altho I still LOVE the 2 stroke snap!

 

i have beat every raptor that i have lined with but 2 one was a craycraft 686 and other just a 686

 

Well i just got a banshee, yesterday, and i trail ride, drag race,......well i do everything......and i think the best buy would be a banshee....the only thing i dont like about it is the fuel oil mix.......but it is a small price to pay for all that power............im lookin for a raptor to race.....very soon........but both bikes are very good bikes in the long run.............i like my 2 stroke..........but i would take a raptor too..................
