Crappy Raptor Reverse Rev Limiter Bypass

Default Crappy Raptor Reverse Rev Limiter Bypass

HELP!! My Raptor will not back up in the sand with-out hitting the Rev limiter and crappin out. How do you by-pass it or adjust it???? I know it can be done, But, I have yet to meet someone who has done it...

Default Crappy Raptor Reverse Rev Limiter Bypass

You can disconnect the wiring under the left front light. There is a draw back to this the quad
can be started without the clutch being pulled in.The easiest way around this is to install an easy
pull clutch they will provide the diagram & if they dont contact your local dealer, they can help.

NO dont mess with the wires under the light. ground out the wire by the sprocket the L shaped one. any other questions ask. I did mine this way and it works great.

You can buy a reverse Rev Limiter Bypass wiring harness for the Kodiak and the Grizzly on E-Bay.

Default Crappy Raptor Reverse Rev Limiter Bypass

I just bought the kit off Ebay, and it looks ok. A question though. Where is everyone locating the switch? I don't want it obvious (kids drive mine), and the lite toggle doesn't look seaworthy. Any ideas? Gene
