Default 2001 Warrior -How big can I make the lights

Bought a 2001 Warrior awhile back and it had no head lights. So I went down to the trusty kragen and bought two bullet type driving lights. My question I need youz guyz expert help is: the lights are 55 watts each. Will my stock electrics handle both at once or should I just use one.? I don't have a manual with the specs so I don't have any idea how much is stock...

If any one could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks

Hello.
My warrior manual does'nt give amp output. The stock lights only pull about 4 amps but two 55w would draw 8.7 at 12.6 volts. I don't have an amp pick-up for my volt meter but maybe some else can check their warrior.

Thanks .Unfortunately I'm electronically challenged, so I don't have amp meter. But that 8.7 will get me closer. Thanks for the help and if anyone has a answer I appreciate it. Does anyone know what the stock bulb watts are.? That might help too.

Hello again.
The manual states 25 watts. I recently replace both of mine but I am pretty sure they were stamped 30 watts.
Either way your talking 3.9 amps to 4.7 amps.
I too would have gone with something brighter but I'm afraid it would toast the OEM lens.

FYI-- I called a guy at the dealership that seems to be pretty knowledgeble. Basically he told me this, which makes more sense the more I think about it.... . The lights will work but will drain the battery faster than it can be recharged. For the limited amount of time I will use the lights.( 1/2 hour max) the battery should be fine and recharge sufficiently during normal riding. The lights seem to work fine and there is no flucuation in the beam when I rev the engine. And they actually look pretty cool. and for $20 instead of the dealers$$$$ .
