I never have had an atv stolen but when my truck was stolen last year i wanted drag the thief down the road a couple of miles!

Id just have to get out the ol logging chain(the clevis is always on the hitch of my honda foreman anyway) and tie it around his chest good and tight, and then wed go have some fun mud bogging.lol

Put him on an I.V. and "shave" all of his most sensitive skin areas, after cuttin that little stretchy thing under his toung.

I would make them bite a sidewalk then kick them in the back of the head, make them drink gasoline and then shove a cigarette down there mouth.
