102mm JE piston clearance
After that day I typed all that about my clearance wrong I went and double checked mine. If I would have put it together like that I would have never quit thinking about it. It is 0.0045".
I think Ernie is right. I am looking at my JE paper now it says:
IMPORTANT
CLEARANCE INFORMATION
GUIDELINES ONLY
Set Clearance to .0030
Some applications require more clearance
Measure clearance .500 from bottom
of piston skirt
