I just bought a DG pipe and silencer and k&n air filter for my 03 blaster. Any suggestions on main jet size or anything else? where is a good place to buy them?

 

Go to your local dealer for the jets. They are very cheap $1-$4 each buy a spectrum of them. Are you running the stock airbox? Snorkel? Id start off asking your dealer or the manufacturer. Also depends on altitude. Id start in the range of 270 or up. Some pipes and air filter combos require up to 310.
