I've been looking around for a used Wolverine. I found one approx. 35 miles from my house. It is a 2001 Wolverine and it comes with a manual lift 48" Cycle Country snow plow. I am going to look at it tomorrow and I was wondering how much cash I should bring. He is asking $3,900. Any input would be appriciated. He says the machine is in mint condition and all scheduled service was done at the dealer. Also, let me know if there are any problems that I should look for in this machine.

 

that is a very solid machine, just check the usual and see if it looks to be abused. My sister had a wolverine and kept up on maintance but drove it hard and had no problems with it. Look for receipts or evidence of the service, if he seems like an honest guy but doesnt have them and the machine looks like its been taken care of, then you might be able to trust him. As for the deal that sounds ok with the plow, around last july my sister sold hers for 4500, was a good deal.........for her, you should be able to chew the guy down a bit. Youre making off great but youre not getting robbed, you can always look at nada.com and look it up,
