jaybird, you should try de-interlacing your still images before posting them from video. they will be a lot clearer.
sounds complicated....

Jaybird......In Kent we always referred to Mantua (pronounced Mantaway by
the locals) as "the 4 corners" because there was nothing in Mantua
but two streets which made a 4 way intersection.

Glad to hear nothing's changed. Country is the way to live

diescarred,
thanks for the reply. i'm glad to hear you liked the videos. i have been riding since about the age 5 and have always had a quad out in the garage to play around on. i guess when it is your main hobby you get pretty good at it. i could still be a lot better if i wouldn't have to work or go to school.

Man oh man lots of replies! I never noticed this thread before but I see it has been going for a couple months now. If I were you I would have a HUGE head right now! All those compliments. They are well deserved. Nice vids, great music, n big b4llz. My buddies and I are a lot like you guys when it comes to riding. We sit around in my field and get sideways and hit it to a 1 wheeled wheelie, endo's trick wheelies one hand one foot, stand on bar, this and that etc...

About putting the vids to cpu: I havent tryed it yet[Pinnacle Studio], but am looking foward to getting them on my cpu and the net. I have a Canon Elura MC40, a $1300 camera when I bought it last year, and it came with NO software to convert the clips to my cpu, I can only put pics on it. So I'm going to try Pinnacle and Adobe Premiere. TY.

I have a jump leading from my backyard (which is a floodplain) to my driveway that I've measured 72'' from the top of the jump to where my footpegs bottom out on my cement driveway. I have only accumulated the b4llz so far to take my feet off the pegs and stretch out. Ill try a heel clicker once I have a better landing.

How far is Mantua from Michigan? Silver Lake Sand Dunes? Ever been there? I have some GRRREAT footage of us SOOOOARING over Test Hill and I would love to share it with everybody as soon as I get it on my cpu. For now Ill try n take snapshots of the footage and put the pics on my profile.

You mentioned you have paddles. We should meet up at the dunes sometime b4 the end of the season. I'm sure it would be an expensive trip for you seeing how you would have to buy MI State Park stickers ~n~ ORV stickers if you dont already have those, n the long drive but bring a few buddies to help split the cost... we'll have adjoining camp sites at Val-Due Lakes (they have a Bikini Bar there =D) wild a$$ campground! I can see it already its gonna be a blast! Hit me up man lets do this.

I live in Saginaw which is about 3 hours north of the Michigan/Ohio border if you take I-75N.

Anyways this post is long enough, I have a lot more to say but I bet half the people who read it are already sleeping.

SRY BOUT THAT!

hackerhunter,
thanks for checking out the forum. sorry you didn't see it sooner. i can still fit my head in my helmet, so it must not be getting that big. good luck with the new quad and the jumping. i also hope you get your videos on here soon, so i can check them out. as for going to michigan, i think my cousins have been up there before. i know we are going up to michigan for the snowmobile show sometime in november. i will have to see what is going on later in the year. i currently go to ksu as a sophmore, so i will have to wait for a vacation. i will try to let you know if i plan on coming up. thanks again for the reply.
