catching air on my raptor

yeah, that jump resulted in a bent axle and a messed up rim. it might have also bent his subframe, we are not sure yet. he already has a new rpm axle but needs new nuts before he can ride again. stuff happens.

Here are a couple more clips. These will probably be the last ones for awhile. I have to do more editing. I will post when we have are website done. Hopefully, I will have more clips there. Enjoy.

I think you are being mislead by the video. My cousin on the tractor is not under the quad when he jumps. My cousin was building a down ramp for the other side. The quad is jumping the right side and the tractor is on the left side. We are having fun when we do ride. And anything can lead to tragedy. You just have to focus on the good and not the bad.

What jumping techniques you talking about? Jump building or jump hitting? I hope they help. The best thing to do is practice with small stuff and gradually go bigger. I started with a 5 foot jump and that eventually grew into a 60 footer. It all comes with practice(except the people who are just born talented).

I was talking about jump hitting , the first practice I went to at the mx track I flipped end over end and fractored my wrist. So I've been watcking you and other people at the track , studying the proper forms as far as body position, engine pinning, etc. just trying to get a better feel for track racing . But with your videos I can watch it over and over again looking at everything closely.
so thanx again for taking the time for displaying your videos.
P.S. there not only good for watching and learning but they are cool to watch to.

Well, I am glad to hear that my videos are fun and educational. To really be a good jumper though, I think practicing would be better than watching. JMO. Here is another clip. It is from our video. Let me know what you think.
