is a dg r series pipe and silencer any good. or do they suck. does any one have one on thier blaster?

 

I have a buddy that has one and the Silencer comes off the pipe all the time.

 

is there any way you can stop that from happening??

 

The only thing I have seen people do is bend the Silencer to the pipe and put a Clamp on the Pipe and Silencer were they meet together.
Me and my Buddy did that and it does not fall off any more but it raddles like a SOB.

 

could you jb weld it or just plain weld it, what type af metal is it

 

i have a dg pipe and silencer on my 03 blaster and it runs awesome i did have to use some high temp sealent around were the pipe connects to the motot other than that is pretty good. and dont forget to jet it

there's a DG silencer/headpipe on my '97 Warrior that i just got. it doesn't seem to fit very well. doesn't rattle, but the headpipe seems to shift around unless you put some clamps on it. also, it is VERY LOUD! i really don't recommend such a loud pipe. in fact, if i could find somebody to trade with, i would.

yes it will, but all i hear is that DG makes the worst blaster pipe out there....
