Hey wshrdskin, you better let us know when you make a Pismo run. I try to hang out there a couple times a month, at least.

 

This thing is realy wheely happy now on take offs, I know it didn't look like the front end came up but it felt like it was to me so I backed off. You can also hear me back off once during the runs up the hill as the front end starts to come up. I get skeared when it does that. I'm not a wheely kind of guy. Now my son, he likes to pull wheelys up the hills but its not my bag. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] 2nd gear starts and run the hill in 3rd

 

sounds like its time for that extended swing arm.

 

I rode out the wheely in the first race a little bit better than I did in the second race. An extended swing arm would be sweet. If, manufacturers would cut the profits they make off these things in half at least I maybe could afford one some day. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

I swear that I've heard of people taking their swingarms to an aluminum welder and haveing it extended. When the time comes, I was going to look into that.

you have and the price was $250 I believe. But, the other side of the coin, some have come on here and said the welds started to crack.

 

Pismo is too far for us to travel. Heard it wasnt that great there. Dont know if thats true though?????

Haven't touched the thing in 2 or 3 months now. Think were gonna brave the heat and try to get out to Dumont this weekend for an early morning ride session. Not sure yet though, may just take the quick trip to the Amargoosa Dunes just north of town.

Have to wait and see though.

Ryan just got his bike back together but hasn't fired it. Should be a screamer.

Of coarse with his little **** on it, I'm sure it will be.

wshrdskin- I will be at Pismo on Memorial Day weekend. Should be a good time testing my 720

 

Big baja keep that schedule open for more dates to pismo,mine should be done by the end of this month..
