does anybody know how much of a fine it is to get caught on the rail road with a four wheeler?

it would be stupid because you might not hear the dang train comin and get hit. " Man on quad hit by train" that would suck

 

the fine could be some mony or the extrem would be death

 

i don't mean on the rail road itself, along side it in those 10 feet of space on either side. besides, it's the only way for me to get to my friends to go riding with him, and it's only about 2 minutes worth of riding

 

If your riding beside it with a good buffer zone, like 10 feet then I wouldn't think you were doing anything bad. I don't know what the fine would be if any. Do you have to goto court?

 

no you don't have to go to court, and if you do it's only to pay the fine. but i think the fine is somewhere around 500$

Around by me, the DNR watches the tracks that atv'ers go down..It is like 110 fine, but may be different by where you live.....Just don't let them catch you...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
