I started riding quads 14 years ago, my first ride was a 1988 Warrior wich i kept for about a year then a friend of mine let me rode his TRX250r this is when i fell in love with the two stroke "powerband" just a few days later i was riding a brand new LT250r.I rode the Suzuki for eleven years and totally loved this thing, modded it a little but nothing extreme you know cut fenders, pipe, silencer,motocross handle bars a graphic kit that is pretty much all i did to it.Sold it in 2000 it was in a deep state of decay at that point and i didnt felt like spending the money needed to restore the quadracer so i got rid of it.The next year i bought a 2001 Banshee, along with a set of FMF Fatties and the must have Pro-Flow air filter set up, rode it for a few weeks and then added a Trinity stage 4 head with 21cc domes along with some Vito's superstock pistons.After the first summer i was in need for some more power so i went for a dune ported T-REX monoblock cylinder kit,CPI inframe pipes,Keihin PJ 34mm carbs, i also got the stock cylinders ported for dune riding they were meant to be used as a spare set.After riding all summer i am now again in need of some more power "it will never end i guess" so i am turning the engine into a stroker, the Banshee was also in great need of a complete makeover after two summers of hard riding it was now looking like... you know what!!!So i am completely restoring it starting with having the frame and wheel hubs powdercoated,brand new chrome a-arms,chrome swing-arm,front shocks,axle,rims,Fullbore plastics, a few RMW billet parts,graphic kit, seat cover etc... I am also polishing every aluminum parts there is on my Banshee, it is time consuming but well worth it if you ask me if you like the chrome like polished aluminum that is.Anyway most of the parts listed earlier are on order but havent arrived yet, some should be here anyday now so i am going to update this page as my project progresses and untill it is complete, i hope you guys and gals enjoy!!!
