Description:
Curently own a 2000 DS650 and the wifes polaris scrambler 500, then theres my 2 wheel monster, the 85 suzuki sp600 that was butchered (modified by me) to allow a 94 Honda XR600 suspension to be bolted to the rear end. Works great. Race tech inserts in the fronts.I own a Miller Econotig TIG welder and like to build and modify things my self. I like welding stainless and aluminum, as most people have to pay to have stuff done. I have access to a lathe, and an endmill, and have just about every normal mechanics tools available to craft my ideas into,,, well sometimes just junk, but sometimes things turn out good. Either way, i have fun doing it my self, and saving cash....2000 DS650, stock pipe with custom endcap, polished head pipe with custom heat shield, Ported intake, CDI box, New ITP .190 rims and holshot tires, baha lights, nerf bars, home made Full length skid plate and A-arm guards, ASR upper A-arms, oversized gauge cluster (tach, Coolant temp, Oil psi, and idiot lights). Works piggy back pro shocks. PEP steering stabalizer (love it!). home made Aluminum heel guards, and radiator schrouds.Curent projects: e-baying old stuff to make money to pay off the shocks and the future 46HV lectron. Future DS mods: Lectron 46hv, Freshen motor, larger valves, head porting. I mainly ride in north eastern wisconsin near the city Mountain, in oconto county on the dusty trails atv trails Dusty trails /. and tigerton ATV park where theres a decent MX track, Also at fondulack OHV park sometimes at Kewanie ATV park, and also at my Friends house near Forest junction.Tigerton club is not to be confused with The Embarass river ATV association. wich is located north of tigerton on HWY 29 outside of Witenberg. I have walked this track and it looks like it would be a bit more fun, but insurance issues limmit there available open days. I believe its mainly open for a few practice days and then a few races. Not really a recreational track? But I'd love to ride it if there ever open?....2 new placees I plan to ride in 2004, 1 is in lower michigan, Silver lake Sand dunes And teh second is the badlands in Indianna, wich im told is much more fun then silver lake. But I'd still like to ride both...See my home page for more pics and info at Daves home page.
