Description:
I'm Terrellster. I'm Old (well,....not THAT old, but I'm not a kid at 43) I, like the kids, enjoy riding fast, jumping, climbing, sliding(that might be drifting to you young peckerwoods) and working on, maintaning and modifying my 4 wheelers. I have 3. See list below. My Love of my life is truly my wife. Riding and Playing come second. If she said the 4 wheelers have to go there'd be a fight, make no mistake, but I'd keep her over the 4 wheelers anytime. My toys are as follows: 1) 96 Badger 80 (this one will haul me around, but is for the kids to learn on, it's a pretty little machine, but is plagued with the typical "won't start electrically" so we push start. It starts in about 18" with no problems. Runs great. 2) many people owned this one before I bought it. It was missing rear brakes, and some plastic parts. It was god awful purple (faded and nasty. It's an '89 Blaster that's been rode hard and put away wet a lot. Just before I bought it, the guy had the engine rebuilt and says it was bored "60 over" and it runs great. case leaks and oil injector bypassed. I have mostly put all the missing parts back, except I am slowly upgrading to '03 plus brakes. It's an ongoing project that can be ridden anytime though. It's extremely strong and will pull your arms out of socket if you're not careful. Bought and installed YFZ450 rear wheels and tries (practically new) off ebay and of course changed the rear hubs to accomodate them.Upgraded 4-15-08 I have purchased an 03 frame to swap everything from this one over to. Including Hydraulic rear brakes. 3) This one's gonna be babied I'm sure. It's a 2006 Blaster that's pretty stock. I bought it with only 4 hours on it. I have only replaced the rear wheels and tires 3-1-08 to get decent tires on 'er and a wider stance. The tires say they're 20" but they stand as tall as the 21's from the factory. They're wider and flatter. More stable feeling. The rims are 3 5 and lend a hand on stance also. Keep watching this one for the "good Mods" I plan on Piping, Jetting, A-Arms, and maybe a Big Bore Kit in the Future. I'll only do all that after it works on the '89 first. 5-15-2008 I set up my Garage/Shop to be a powder coat facility so I can put longer lasting finishes on Parts and maybe make a bit of spare "four wheelin'" money. 6-28-2008 Laid off. Much less time for 4 wheelin. May have to use Powder Coating as new biz to survive. We'll see.....
