oh, one other thing, why does the spark plug get black so quickly?

 

because if water went into your intake, it went into your engine. and the water could be whats causing the black spark plug. also if theres water in your engine, the exact problem your having is going to happen, and the more you start it, the more you are probably damageing your engine

 

ok, if thats the problem, do i have to rebuilt the topend? or the whole thing including the carb.


so when i change the oil, that didn't help anything?

also the old oil didn't seem bad at all..

 

should probably take it to the dealer, thats what id do

ok, finally got the atv to run after many hours of adjusting the idles screw ,disassembly the carb and putting it back together, but its still idle kinda ruff ...and has blue smoke a little.
but its running now..
