Default Install a warn 30xt winch on 07Rincon

Guys just looking for some advise on where to install the contactor on this model.
I have installed everything up to this point, just have to finish and thought I would ask before I complete this install.

Right now, I am looking at under the seat where the tool kit is stored, The seat seems to fit correctly, yet I am open to other choices.
Also, on the remote placement if you you have ideas.
Thanks,
Redbone

On mine, I put the selenoid on the back of the air box. For the remote, I took a 1" strap of steel and made a bracket that I bolted between the frame and the fender support, angled back so the remote box basically occupies the space opposite of the fuel pump.

Thanks, Jeff. where did you connect the wires for the toggle switch and the remote, the red or hot wire. I was looking at running it to the fuse box and connecting to a acc wire from there? I did not want to have wires around the steering if possible.

I actually tapped into the cig lighter accessory circuit. It's fused, and it was handy to get to under the steering cowl.

I used solder and shrink tubing, and a waterproof quick connect bullet so I can easily unhook it.

I have placed the selenoid behind the air box and zip tied to the frame where the seat locks on. i have placed it there on numerous units and have had no problems.
the remote i have ran them to the storage box.
