Default # 1: smoke # 2: Shifting motor

#1: This has just started today, but I am smoking a lot about a minute after I start up my 00" Foreman. I just finished an eighty mile weekend and I noticed the smoke when I was unloading it at home. I changed the oil about 150/200 hundred miles ago (four months ago) and I have checked it before every ride and now is the only time I noticed it getting low.

-Are there any gaskets I should be replacing, or am I thinking in the wrong direction?

# 2: I am having trouble shifting from 1st to nuetral and I had to take a wrench out and shift it out of gear to get her started after a pit stop. The shifting motor does rotate a little but I had to help it "Over the hump".

-Could this be a battery problem (Since I have only had to shift down manualy when the unit was not running) or with the kind of wear and tear she has been through should I concider replacing it?

Here, I took a short video. There is some decent sound, but I can't hear anything out of the norm.
