Have done almost every thing I can think of to do. Cleaned the carb rebuilt the top end new plug. I started the motor broke motor in then putted around for lil bit. Then i shut it off and now it don't want to start for nothin. It is either getting to much oil or not enough fuel cause she smokes like a beast.

 

Start with the easiest first. Check the air filter to make sure it is clean and not over oiled. Based on what you posted, I am assuming that your LT80 is a 2-stroke. If it has an oil injector pump, mix the gas and oil manually to see if that helps. Also, check/replace your spark plug. It may be fouled.

 

Got spark? Spark plug cap broke?
Is the plug wet?
Plugged pipe?
Check the reed?

 

Compression test? I know you just rebuilt the top end, but there are only a handful of things to check:
1) Spark
2) Compresion
3) Fuel/air

Reed failure sounds plausable...could just be real flooded...ignition can just fail (mine did), so process of elimination is required...could be just fouled plug...
