I removed the throttle body today an notice the flap was stuck open an lil bit cleaned shaft an reassembled but hadnt had time to run yet to see it that was enuff to make the tps read correct location of the throttle shaft to cause the injectors to pump more fuel at idle which could cause an rich mixture an flood out while idling...

The 4010 I repaired earlier started doing the same thing again after bout 7 months..I cleaned throttle body again an this fixed the idle problem then I did some research an Kawasaki has an emission kit for this problem its reroutes the pvc stuff....The reason they did this is the secondany air is causing excess engine oil from pvc system to blow by an causing the throttle body to get dirty whichs causes sticky throttle shaft an making butterfly not to close all the way which causes an false reading from tps to injectors an the tps thinks throttle pedal is push which sends more fuel to injectors which cause excessive fuel into throttle body an get into the oil.....
