Well we thought we were aware of all of the common methods of ATV propulsion, wheels, tracks, skids, we even did a piece on an ATV can fly!

However, thanks to the magic of Youtube, we located a new system that, well you might as well just check it out for yourself:

Concept goes back to 1929 and possibly older. Would be interesting to ride something like that.

 

I was going to post the same video as Moose. I saw that a few years ago.

 

Russians had something similar. Plus even a concept was built for the Civil War to move mortars around. Wonder how that thing would have worked.
