Well I thought I would bring this thread to a close. I have completed the carburetor rebuild, to find the pilot jet was completely plugged up with greenish something, so that appeared to be the main cause of the problem, however I did a complete clean, and replacement of the parts that were in the kit, took some time, didn't want to loose anything. The outcome was no bogging at WOT, good idle too...

Now tell the owner to run a good fuel stabilizer such as Marine Stabil, Star Tron,etc in it so it doesn't happen again..

yep! already told him, taking the Polaris back to him in the morning, he is excited! uses this atv for pulling Deer from the woods
