Default Warrior help needed asap

I'm running a 2000 Warrior that is in need of major help. I have spark at the plug, fuel to the cylinder, but the engine will only crank over, hit a few times, then start cranking once again. Anyone that knows whats going on please help..

What happened when this started? Sounds like you either have no compression from a blown cylinder, your timing is off or you have a bent valve

Yea, it spudders a little bit then goes back to cranking over... As far as for what happened, I bought the quad after the harness caught on fire and melted down (previous owner tried to run high power fog lights with no relay and drew to many amps through harness). I've replaced all electrical to get to this point. Dealer said it's not timing and engine has good compression, owner was riding when this happened. It's been sitting for a few months and seems to load up with fuel in combustion chamber, would this keep it from firing up???
