Chrome dip the bitch*l*

I am doing the same process.I wire wheeled the frame down to metal, primed it and painted it with metal mask POR 15 product.I bought a pint and sprayed all parts for a tough finish. Check out Por 15

What do you plan on doing with it when it is finished? If you are going for trail riding, chrome is a bad idea - rusts too quick. Black fenders look good when new but are a bad idea because they show scratches so bad. Also red frame with blue fenders never looked good in my opinion. Red frame with white fenders looks good and is practical.
