Every day at approximately 6:30am, the lights are turned on in the main warehouse in McKinney, Texas, where all HISUN USA products are fully assembled and thoroughly inspected. An assembly line made up of approximately 50 hardworking men and women hand assemble and test every HISUN produced in the US. It’s a process they describe as “taking a game of Operation and your favorite Lego set and combining them together to be completed at the same exact time.”

Antione Lewis, Production Supervision for HISUN Motors Corp., USA said, “It’s all about the rhythm, once our guys get in the zone, we keep on moving. We get focused and things start to click.”

“Our Assembly Techs are similar to the magician behind the curtain making sure everything is running smoothly. The assembly of every HISUN unit requires discipline and an intense commitment to quality. Having the opportunity to turn that key and hear the crank of the engine for the very first time makes everything worth it,” stated Shane Wilson, VP of Operations for HISUN Motors Corp., USA.
